from Him and through Him and for Him are all things
Our mission is to address the social and economic challenges of people formerly impacted by incarceration or substance abuse. To accomplish that, we operate as a social business enterprise; not a social program. We are a revenue-generating business with specific social objectives. Funding includes business profits, grants, donations and contributions. Our success relies heavily upon market demands for our staffing and construction services as well as a variety of philanthropic partnerships that assist with job training, equipment needs and financial investments.
Our Pillars of Employment
Honesty "Implies a refusal to lie, steal, or deceive in any way. Each candidate goes through a thorough assessment that reflects their willingness to be open, honest, and genuine."
Through a process of openly sharing past experiences and conveying future aspirations and desires, candidates are transitioned into a new way of thinking about their employment goals.
Integrity "A concept of consistency of actions, values, methods, measures, principles, expectations, and outcomes. In ethics, integrity is regarded as the honesty and truthfulness or accuracy of one’s actions."
Candidates are encouraged to show integrity in their life by continuing to grow and educate themselves through on-site workshops and skill development classes. This avenue of renewal helps candidates develop a clear and defined area of growth in their lives and the employment direction they are pursuing.
Accountability "The quality or state of being accountable; especially: an obligation or willingness to accept responsibility or to account for one’s actions."
We maintain a professional relationship with each agency that is involved with our candidates to continue with accountability in the community.
